Evolution in the Philippine market

Together with the local partner One Visaya Gaming, it launched its first live-casino studio in Asia in Cebu during 2025. Revoked in August 2025, OVG’s own PAGCOR B2C licence no longer applies, and the Cebu studio streams to operators on a separate B2B licence. For Evolution a live-dealer list approved by PAGCOR EGLD exists as well.

Whether Evolution publishes RTP
