JILI GAMES Contact: Corrections, Questions and Where Else to Go
Found a figure that looks wrong, or a page that answers the wrong question? Tell the people who write this site. It is a guide to slot and fish games, so it can fix its own pages, but it has no access to any casino account and cannot act inside one.
What the team can help with
Three kinds of message get a reply:
- Corrections. A game figure, a studio fact or a rule on a cashier page is wrong or out of date. Name the page and, if you can, the studio or wallet page that shows the right figure.
- Clarity. A page is hard to follow, or a table does not say what you needed.
- Missing titles and questions. A game from one of the five studios, or a question about the rails, that no page answers yet.
A contact address for this domain will be published on this page once its mailbox is set up. Until then, no address on another site speaks for this one, and anyone who writes to you claiming to be this site is not.
What only a casino or a wallet can fix
This site holds no accounts and sees no balances. Take these to the support channel of the casino you signed up with, opened from inside that casino’s own site:
- Logging in, a forgotten password or a locked account.
- A deposit that left your wallet or bank but did not reach your casino balance.
- A withdrawal that is held, refused or late.
- Closing an account, or setting deposit and loss limits on it.
Problems inside GCash or Maya, such as a transfer stuck on the wallet’s side, go to that wallet’s own help centre in its app. A bank transfer goes to your bank.
Before you write to anyone
Have these ready, so the first reply can act rather than ask:
- The page address, or for money matters the amount, date, time and method.
- The reference number from your wallet or bank receipt.
- A screenshot with every password and one-time code hidden.
A note on safety
Nobody from this site will message you first, ask for a password or a one-time code, or ask you to send money. If gambling is causing you harm, the responsible play helplines are listed there instead. How the site is run is on the about page, and the terms of use set out what the pages promise.
